Executive Biography

About Michael C. Stevens

The Stevens family's roots in America run deep — descendants of Mayflower passengers and, later, among the earliest pioneers to push into the Midwest. One grandfather built and ran a successful multi-state manufacturing business in the Midwest, while his other grandfather was a trusted local merchant who owned and operated hardware and drug stores right here in Indiana. This is the business pedigree Michael carries forward.

Growing up in Indianapolis, Michael's upbringing was deeply shaped by local arts, architecture, and museums, cultivating a lifelong appreciation for craftsmanship, heritage, and civic duty. His father taught him the true value of hard work and how to overcome obstacles, lessons that became the bedrock of his career. From his father, he also learned a deep love for helping others — a guiding principle that shapes both his personal life and his approach to business.

Twenty years ago, he started his business using his own two hands, doing the heavy lifting and hard labor himself. Over two decades of steady work, he built a team of trusted employees and grew his property holdings from that first project into what they are today. Having spent twenty years out in the field, Michael hasn't just managed projects — he has mastered almost every trade. He knows how buildings work and how businesses run.

Today, Michael resides in the Meridian Kessler neighborhood of Indianapolis with his wife, Sabra, a respected attorney and lobbyist, and their son, remaining deeply involved in local issues and philanthropic causes.

I.

Traditional Rentals

What we do

We own and manage classic, long-term residential homes.

Our approach

II.

Short-Term Rentals

What we do

We operate short-term vacation and hospitality properties.

Our approach

We focus on immaculate presentation and seamless guest service, but what sets our stays apart is a strong sense of place — each property is finished to reflect the character of its neighborhood, giving guests something more memorable than an interchangeable rental.

III.

Investment Properties
